Created in 1964, based on Original Model. Body and entire item is made of surgical stainless steel. Shredder and Scraper are built-in the base. Most users want the shredder involved for the best creaming, but should they not, it is 'covered' by a cover 'guard' which is easily removable. Just rotate the product by rolling it over and the cover guard will usually just fall off. Full length 17 inches.
