Buckbusters Premium Mix
This 12 month forage mix combines a variety of plants, including chicory, plantain, and arrowleaf clover. These perennials will produce all winter and all throught the hot summer months for year-long forage for deer.
Planting Recommendations:
1) Optimum planting time is Sept. 1- Nov 1. but can be planted earlier or later.
2) Planting Rate is 50lbs per Acre
3) Ideally, soil should be well tilled and seeds should be lightly covered 1/4-1/2 inch deep. However, fair to good results can be obtained with no till. Burn down with herbicide, bush hog as low to the ground as possible, and then seed and fertilize.
